Limit on data displayed in conversations
There are technical limitations to the amount of information Wanda can retrieve from Unit4 ERP and physically display in a conversation. For example, Wanda is unable to return more than 50 reason values for a given absence code. This is due to how codes (and their respective buttons) are paged and presented in the chatbot. To help ensure a smoother user experience it's therefore wise to limit the number of code/value choices the user is allowed to make when chatting with Wanda.
Long code descriptions
Particularly long code descriptions that are presented in Wanda may be truncated resulting in a poorer user experience. Therefore, where possible, it's recommended to keep things like code descriptions as short as possible while still being meaningful.
